Well, I think I might paint my tackle box..but I got everything from my toolbox in my tacklebox plus some!!!!!!!

Well I was using a craftsman tool box, I included pics above, but all my stuff was losted in chaos. Well my journey began when I asked hubby about my dads tackle box. I knew it was somewhere in our storage loft. Well hubby found this box and I cleaned it out. Saved myself $30

Father's Day cards

Well I finished fathers day cards last night. I have a sinus cold so I am not feeling very well,but I finished them. I did 17 cards total. I need 20 ,but they will be different from these so I will post them later. I used Close to my heart paper It's a guy thing, silver brads, grosgrain ribbon. I will stamp the father's dad greeeting inside the cards after I go to wally world and buy them. These are just the front that I will attach to the cards.

trying a new card

Well I am trying something new, practicing for those nestabilities I have asked hubby for,lol. I cut these ovals from George the cricut cartridge. Threading water punch from fiskars, scallop circle I think 1.5 from eksuccess, fairy stamp from michaels and friends is from the stamps et at tuesday morning store, glitter on the wings are from pixiestak?. Ribbon: I found it on my table, lol. The images were watering pencils from Close to my heart. Oh and the paper is from DCWV summer glitter stack, found at Joanns. This is for a friend who loves fairies, she needs a little pick me up so I am going to send her this card. I have never matted my stamped image like this before.

I did do his book wrong (previous post)..thanks to his parental units, lol they are so lucky that he's cute or I would have been mad at having to redo the name, since they changed it 6 times in 3 months. I did fix the name before I gave my SIL the scrapbook...so all is well. Isin't he just a cutie :)

Well here it is the final layouts for his book. I was waiting to see what his name would be. So tommorrow I will be an aunt again. YEAH!!!! Paper is all DCWV and chipboard is also DCWV. I also used graphically speaking cricut cartridge.

ABC Challenge Letter A

This is my Letter A challenge at Pieces of Paper Community. This is my first challenge with them. I hope I did ok. I am dipping into 8.5x11 scrapbooks ( I have ran out of room for 12x12 books) so this is my alternative. I didn't for get journaling, I just have to many things to do tonight and I can't think of what I want to write but I will do it tommorrow. I used ACrafts Paper, Hobby Lobby cardstock. Mini Monograms for letters. scallop punch is Ek success, ribbon is from making memories jars ( recycling it). I also used my world for the apple. Thanks for looking.

Rock Star Christmas

Still using circles today! LOL. I also added guitars from indie art and george font and circle. It was a pain getting those pics in a circle, lol. I have never done my journaling like this..but thanks to my friend Angie, I am branching out with my journal spots.

Trying something new... Circles

I don't scrapbook with circles, so I thought I would give it a try and I actually like it. DCWV is the paper maker and chipboard. Hobby lobby flowers and rhinestones. Ribbon? I think walmart??? Haven't been real productive today, I had to make 700 3" circles for Vaction Bible School, so far I have about 500 done since yesterday evening. So... I wanted to tak e a break and get more layouts done.

Why am I posting ??

I have been posting some projects lately. I have commited in not buy a single scrapbook item, till June 1st, 2009. No Glue, or paper. So bare with me while I crank out the projects to keep me busy for the next 2 weeks & of course good wishes are always welcomed. Thanks for letting me annouce my shopping ban.
